Rooted in Yin yoga, Mileful is a space to slow down, soften and find balance in a busy world and to move forward in life with more ease and intention. Movement here is about more than distance, pace or performance. It’s about how we move, how we breathe and how we connect with our bodies.
Alongside this, there is a gentle exploration of movement in different forms, supporting the body not through pressure or performance, but through awareness and care, alongside a deeper connection to the world around us.
At the heart of it all is community. A space to move, to pause and to feel connected. Whether that’s alongside others, in nature or simply within yourself.

My Journey to Yin
Movement has always been a quiet force that supports me, holds me and brings me back to myself.
I’ve been a yoga student for over ten years, alongside a love of running and movement in many different forms. Running has taken me through six marathons, and for a long time I lived in a very yang, performance-driven way of moving through life.
Movement has always been something that supports me, holds me, and brings me back to myself.
Over time, I began to feel the importance of balance. Discovering Yin yoga brought a softer, slower and more mindful way of practising. One that helped me reconnect with myself both physically and mentally.
I am a 200-hour certified Yin Yoga teacher, trained under the guidance of senior Yin teacher Tessa Rohrig, and I continue to deepen my studies through ongoing learning within Yin yoga and the wider relationship of yin and yang, both on and off the mat.
Through Mileful, I share Yin yoga and mindful movement as a way of moving forward, not just in practice, but in everyday life. Helping people find their feet again, reconnect with their bodies, and move through life with more ease, presence and support.
